On August, SwissCham board members Mr.Karim Twerenbold and Ms.Karen Weick, along with our strategic partner Switzerland Global Enterprise represented by Mr. Mehmet Yildirimli, had the privilege of meeting with H.E. Mr. Wael Gad, the Egyptian Ambassador to Switzerland, and H.E. Mr. Mohamed Helmy, the Counselor at the Egyptian Embassy in Bern.

The discussions addressed SwissCham’s role in facilitating business opportunities between Egypt and Switzerland, aligning with the embassy’s commitment to promoting direct private sector investment in Egypt. Additionally, updates were provided on the formation of the economic joint committee between the two countries.
